Unlike traditional Medical Recuiting Services, TMP is owned and operated by practicing PAs who understand the need for work/life balance. TMP's PAs work in team enviroments providing superior support for our physician supervisors. TMP encouranges a tailor-made approach in which individual needs dictate opportunities.

The History

TMP began when the founders heard opportunity knock. A local hospital was interested in obtaining supplemental, professional services from mid level providers. The founders responded to that need. Although originally formed for a specific requirement, the founders began seeing a growing need in the Wake County area for similar services. There is frequently a shortage of qualified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners who can work either full time or on a part time basis, short term or per diem assignments can be arranged. TMP is an organization designed to fill mid level staffing need. TMP matches specifically skilled professionals with clients needs, saving the clients' business time and money.
