I decided to join TMP because of the flexible schedule, autonomy and being part of a "team." The entire group is outstanding to work with and they really try to work with our individual needs.

I have worked in both the private practice and hospital setting and joined TMP to have more independence and control of my work, and also to have better financial reward for the hard work that I do. I currently work in Vascular Surgery at Wake Medical Center and enjoy my job very much.
